Privacy policy
Data used to deliver your creation
We process your email address, sign-in identifiers, uploaded photo, costume prompt, task status, generated files, support messages, orders and credit ledger. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this website.
Photos and AI providers
Personalized generation sends your photo and prompt through EvoLink to the selected model provider: Nano Banana 2 Beta for costume images, Kling O3 for Dime, and Seedance 2 Mini for Ozil. We do not use your photos to train our own models. EvoLink states that it does not train on inputs or outputs; downstream model providers have their own terms. We cannot promise zero retention or no training by every downstream provider. Do not upload sensitive documents or intimate images.
Storage and access
Private files are stored in Backblaze B2 and delivered through authenticated requests. Cloudflare hosts the application and account database. Authorized service providers may process data in other countries. Result links require your account; provider processing uses time-limited links. An operator may access data for support, abuse investigation or legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Unused inputs are scheduled for removal after 7 days, except while a task is unresolved. Completed costume inputs are retained with the result for up to 30 days so you can recreate the original ending. Generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Download files you want to keep. Request earlier file or account deletion through Help. Financial, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need longer retention; provider retention is governed separately.
Browser drafts and analytics
A selected photo may be kept on your device in IndexedDB for up to 30 minutes to restore it after login or checkout. First-party measurement uses a random browser identifier and service events. Optional Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity runs only after consent when configured. Private photos, form contents and payment details are excluded. Change your choice using Cookie settings.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion using the support address below. We may verify your account before releasing private information. The service is for adults; an adult may submit an authorized, nonsexual childhood or family photo for the costume tool.
When generation is enabled, text prompts are sent to Waffo for content-safety checks; photos are not sent to that checking endpoint. Provider information: EvoLink privacy policy.
