Operator and service
I’m Sorry I Lied is operated by Mingzhu Wang. It provides AI costume edits and photo-to-video tools. We are independent of TikTok, CapCut, artists, players and clubs. No endorsement is implied.
Eligibility and permission
You must be 18 or older and have the right to use each uploaded photo. For the costume tool, a child photo must be your own childhood photo, your own child with appropriate permission, or an authorized fictional sample. Dime and Ozil require an adult subject. Do not upload private documents, intimate imagery or photos obtained without permission.
Delivery and limits
A costume creation uses 1 credit and provides an AI image, three captioned slides and a 9-second silent MP4 export in your browser. Standard Dime or Ozil uses 1 credit; enhanced video export uses 2. Enhanced export resizes the video and does not create native detail. AI can change faces, hands, poses and clothing. Inspect the result before sharing. Processing time varies; no exact completion time is guaranteed.
Purchases and credits
Credit packs cost USD $5.99 for 1, $14.99 for 3 or $39.99 for 10, before any taxes shown at checkout. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire and apply only on this website, across all three templates. They do not transfer between websites. A verified payment adds credits; a return-page redirect alone does not.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or request pornography, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, illegal activity or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service to deceive, exploit or threaten anyone.
Prompt checks
Before live generation, costume descriptions and template prompts are checked for prohibited content. A blocked or unavailable safety verdict stops generation before credits are charged. This text check does not inspect every image or guarantee that all harmful content is detected.
Music and publication
Exports do not include licensed commercial trend songs. Add only music you are permitted to use in the destination app. Identify AI-generated or edited content when required; do not present a synthetic scene as authentic footage.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Report a concern through Help or email with the relevant task ID or URL. Reports are reviewed by the operator; we do not claim that every upload receives human review before processing. We may remove prohibited content and restrict or terminate access. Remaining purchases are reviewed according to the refund policy and applicable law, not automatically confiscated. Contact support to appeal a restriction.

Violence and graphic content
Do not upload, create or distribute graphic violence, gore, depictions of severe injury or torture, threats of physical harm, or content that encourages or glorifies violence or terrorism.
Hate speech and hateful conduct
Do not create or distribute hate speech, dehumanizing attacks, or content inciting discrimination, hostility or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload, generate or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights. Use only photos, artwork, logos, video and audio that you own or are authorized to use. Do not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders can report an alleged infringement by email with the affected task or URL, identification of the protected work or mark, their relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact them.
Adult consent and sexual content
Person-animation presets require an adult aged 18 or older whose permission you have to animate the photo. If a photo-edit preset explicitly supports childhood photos, you must be an adult using your own childhood photo, a photo of your child that you are authorized to edit, or an authorized fictional sample. Follow the age and permission requirements shown for the selected preset. Do not upload or generate nudity, pornography or other sexual content, even where the person consents. Do not disclose private information or use another person’s likeness to harass them.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
You must not upload, create, synthesize, alter, share or distribute intimate or sexual images or videos of another person without their explicit consent. This includes AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes and attempts to sexualize a person without consent. Permission to use an ordinary photo is not consent to create intimate imagery. This prohibition applies separately from the ban on deception and impersonation; all sexual content is also prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy.
Deception, impersonation and deceptive deepfakes
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent identity or consent, or use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, harass or falsely imply an endorsement. Do not present a synthetic video as authentic footage of something the depicted person did. Obtain permission to use the photo and identify AI-generated content when sharing it. Non-consensual intimate imagery is independently prohibited above.
Child safety: zero tolerance for sexual exploitation
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Uploading, creating, requesting, synthesizing, sharing or distributing sexual content involving a person under 18 is prohibited, including AI-generated, manipulated or fictional depictions. When a violation is identified, we remove the prohibited content from the service and terminate the responsible account’s access. We report to relevant law enforcement or child-protection authorities when required by applicable law or necessary to protect a child, and handle any legally required preservation securely. Report concerns to support@imsorryilied.xyz or use Help with a task ID or URL; do not attach, download or redistribute suspected abuse material. Reports are reviewed by the operator; these rules do not imply that every upload is manually pre-screened.
Reports and appeals
Email support@imsorryilied.xyz without signing in. Include the relevant URL or task reference, the concern and a safe contact address. Do not attach harmful material or send passwords or payment-card details. Account holders can also use Help. An on-screen form receipt confirms submission, not a human decision.
Response and resolution times
We acknowledge content reports within 48 hours of receipt. We prioritize credible urgent safety reports for review within 24 hours of receipt. Within 7 calendar days of receipt, we send a decision or a progress update explaining what remains to be checked. We provide another update at least every 7 calendar days until closure. Appeals follow the same periods.
Review and enforcement
Once a violation is confirmed, we disable access to affected content within 24 hours of the decision. We may act sooner on a credible urgent report. We may restrict or terminate the responsible account’s access. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased credits; payment and refund issues are reviewed separately. Reports are reviewed by the operator. We do not claim universal pre-screening or perfect automated detection.
